Credit Accounts
I would like my customers to have credit accounts. For example, if i want to give them 5 dollars off their next stay they will have it in their account. This is useful when we have situations where an owner who has paid already and wants to use a credit for their next stay vs a refund.
Additional Capacity Controls
Assign internal codes to clients/pets. Use cases would be VIP clients, Difficult clients, etc. capacity would change based on the internal code so VIP might see availability that a regular clients does not see.
In-App Message Center
Messaging center so clients can message staff/admin. This will be for app users only.
Client edit booking requests
Allow clients to edit booking requests for changing dates, times, and add-ons. Admin approves or declines changes.
Secondary Contact
Allow for a secondary contact for owner profiles; Owner can customize who receives notifications via email/SMS.
Smart Vaccine Records
Use automations and AI to read vaccine records and update due dates. Expected behavior: Client or Staff/Admin uploads vaccine file, AI reads and extracts vaccines and dates and updates the pet profile automatically. User needs to confirm accuracy.
